Approve uncertain mentions

Sometimes a tracking run produces a low-confidence mention — the LLM thinks your brand appeared but the regex check disagreed, or the parser was only 50% sure. Those runs land in /visibility/uncertain with the prompt, the answer excerpt, and any alias that triggered the match. Approve to count the mention; if the same alias is approved three times, Tracemetry automatically adds it to your brand_aliases for future runs. Reject to drop the mention. This is how the system learns your edge cases.
