Which AI surfaces do you track?
Tracker covers ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Pro adds Gemini. Agency and Enterprise add any additional surfaces we support as they roll out (Copilot, Meta AI, others).
How is presence calculated?
We send each tracked prompt to every selected surface, parse the answer (LLM + heuristic) to detect whether your brand is mentioned, cited, or recommended, and aggregate into a presence score and share-of-voice.
How often are prompts re-checked?
Weekly on Tracker and Pro. Agency and Enterprise can run daily or on-demand refreshes.
Do you offer a free trial?
No — we charge from day one so we can focus on shipping product, not converting trials. There's a free public report at /audit if you want to see what Tracemetry produces before signing up, and you can cancel any time from Settings.
Can I bring my own LLM key?
Not yet. We route through OpenRouter on our account so prompt routing, fallbacks, and cost are handled centrally. BYO-key is on the roadmap for Enterprise.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?
We do not silently overrun limits. New drafts or tracked prompts beyond your cap return a clear upgrade prompt. Your existing data and tracked prompts keep working.
